The machine is suitable for polishing the periphery of all kinds flat optical component.

Working principal:

The machine consists of two movement parts:up and domn;forward and back,left and right.The up-domn cylinder push movement parts to go up and down.The parts includes grinding head,which rotates by double"O" style V belt taken by grinding head motor.grinding wheel installed in grinding head process the workpiece.minitype motor takes reducer which simultaneously takes carries to do left and right movements.So do the forward and back movements.Adjust grinding wheel up-domn orientation by manual.when the grinding wheel rise,you can fix the workpiece,when it falls,up-domn,forward-back movements can process the workpiece.
